Hi Sadek,

Using GATERootToCastor you can only convert TOF with list-mode format (it is only mentionned in the help, there is no error message if you try to use -TOF_reso along with -oh, sorry for that).
The main reason is that it is less straightforward to generate a TOF histogram datafile from the root file than a TOF list-mode. Generating an histogram datafile would require a prior step to reorganize all the coincidences into TOF bins (this is possible, but not implemented in the converter).

Best regards,

I want to convert a GATE root file into castor histogram format with TOF. I am using the castor-GATERootToCastor command with –h to generate the histogram and –TOF_reso 420 ps, but the generated header file still does not show that TOF is ON. Any other flags I need to turn on?
