<p>We did not implemented yet having an attenuation map with histogram reconstructions.</p>
<p>This option is only valid for list-mode.</p>
<p>Attenuation should be directly embedded into the histogram datafile.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I am passing an attenuation image with the option –atn to castor-recon for a histogram format data, but the output is the same (the images are not attenuation corrected) whether I include the attenuation option or not. Any advice?</p>
