<p>You mean that you have crystals with a trapezoidal shape ? I guess so in the following.<br>

<p>Indeed, CASToR tries to read LengthX,Y,Z assuming that the crystals are parallelepipeds.</p>
<p><br>
</p>
<p>Unless you really want to use information extracted from the trapezoidal shape of your crystals in the reconstruction, you can cheat by creating a new macro file only for reconstruction purposes in which you transform your crystals into parallelepideds.
Then you supply this macro file to the GateToCastor converter. It should do the trick.<br>
