Whatever their shape, you will eventually consider a line (unless you develop a specific projector for your system). The line needs two end points. Then you just need a trick to get the points where you want them to be.<br>

depth of interaction. Then, whatever the shape of crystal, you will just consider two points to get a line. For the reconstruction, you define a crystal with a parallelepiped shape in a second "fake" macro and adjust the mean depth of interaction defined in castor
to get the points where you want them to be.</p>

the results will be different. why should I change that? if I need the results of a parallelepiped crystal I would used a default PET system and I could used castor easily. I want to know how to use castor for PETs with different shape of crystals.</div>
