[Castor-users] Small update for CASToR v2.0

Dear CASToR users,

A small update for the 2.0 version released this week is now online. It 
includes fixes for the use of multithreading in the CT benchmark, and 
for several compilation errors regarding OSX systems.
(The benchmark files have also been updated, so they need to be 
re-downloaded in order to be ran by the last version (v2.0.1) ).

Besides, several static binaries are separately available from the 
download page (see section 3.6 of the documentation for more information) :

- oMemoryMapped was modified to make CASToR compatible with MacOS.
- Option '-th 0' lead to only 1 thread when using CT scanners. Now it works fine.
- Fix some warnings that occured on MacOS.
