Dear CASToR users,

A small update for CASToR is online (v2.0.3). It includes several fixes
for the implementation of the Siddon multi-lines projector and for some
compilation issues. Besides the /castor-datafileExplorer/ and
/castor-scannerLUTExplorer/ utilities, which allow to check the contents
of a datafile and the geometry of a system respectively, are now
correctly generated by CMake.

See in attached for the changelogs of v2.0.2 and v2.0.3.

Kind regards,
Thibaut Merlin

## New features
- None

## Bug corrections, code changes, that can affect the results in some way
- Correct GetRdmPositionsAndOrientations function used to get a random position in a PET detector. This had consequences for the multi-lines Siddon projector which didn't work properly

## Small bug fixes
- Fix OSX compilation with C++11 with cmake
- castor-datafileExplorer and castor-scannerLUTExplorer utilities now generated by Cmake

## New features
- Several additional features for the GATE conversion tools : List-mode ToF, PET scatter/random correction rates estimation and different output option regarding the coincidences.

## Bug corrections, code changes, that can affect the results in some way
- None

## Small bug fixes
- Fix bug in GATE conversion tools resulting in an erroneous ordering of PET detector indices depending on the order of the geometry command lines in the GATE macro file
- MPI management for list-mode sensitivity computation
