Using the -t option, only the true coincidences will be converted to
your CASToR datafile.

I am not sure what you mean by damp (damping ?) factor. Perhaps could
you cite a paper which refers to it ?

Unfortunately you can't. The TOF options in the
/castor-GATERootToCastor/ converter are only available with list-mode
output.
