Hi Hadi,

The datafile size should not be a problem for CASToR, but it mostly 
depends on the computing power of your machine/cluster, and on your 
patience :)

Long axial FOV PET system will result in a huge number of lines of 
response that CASToR will have to process, not only for the 
reconstruction itself, but also for the generation of the sensitivity 
image. Currently there is no GPU support in CASToR, only parallel CPU 
implementation with MPI and OpenMP, so the processing of this kind of 
dataset will take quite some time.
