Objet : [SPAM][Castor-users] How Calibration factor is used in the CASToR program?
Dear castors,
I work on SPECT reconstruction for my internship in the medical physics department. I try to understand all possibilities offered by CASToR but I don't understand how the Calibration factor is used in reconstruction? Because normally, the Calibration factor allows me to convert numbers of events (counts) to activity values. But the result after CASToR reconstruction is not very clear for me.
Could you shed lights on this please ?
Thanking you in advance for your time and consideration.
Best regards
Romain
