[Castor-users] CASToR virtual training course, May 27-28, 2021

Dear CASToR Users and Developers,

The CASToR collaboration will organize a new training session for 
beginners (2 full days, 13 hours) on May 27,28 2021. Due to the current 
sanitary situation, this session will be entirely virtual.

This training will cover the general features of CASToR, manage 
different concepts involved in iterative tomographic reconstruction (e.g 
various reconstruction algorithms, penalized optimization algorithms, 
dynamic imaging, etc..), and data conversion from real datasets as well 
as simulation platforms such as GATE and SIMIND. A linux virtual machine 
including the software which will be used during the training will be 
provided.
