[Castor-users] Compilling script to generate LUT

Dear Pedro,

Using the provided makefile it should be automatically generated in the 
bin directory.

If you compile CASToR with CMake, you would have to set the 
CASToR_BUILD_SAMPLE_UTILITIES option to ON first.
