[Castor-users] How to apply the attenuation correction for the ROOT data from Gate simulating?

Dear CASToR Users and Developers,

I used Gate to simulate the Barin PET. When I use the brain_phantom.h33 to perform attenuation correction with the Cdf from the result of ROOT data conversion, it occurs an error. Does anyone know how to perform correctly attenuation correction?
