[Castor-users] Extract voxel values from reconstructed data.

Dear Ritesh,

CASToR image format is interfile. You can use various softwares to 
directly open and process them (e.g Amide, ImageJ with NucMed module, 
etc..). The img file can be opened in raw format.

You can also find here a python module to convert them to NIFTI format 
in the following link:
