[Castor-users] sinogram reconstruction

Dear Hadi,

CASToR uses its own histogram format as described in the section 6 of 
the documentation : 
http://www.castor-project.org/sites/default/files/2020-09/CASToR_general_documentation.pdf 
, so you would need to convert the sinograms into CASToR histogram 
format first.

There are some tools to convert data to CASToR format for several 
Siemens and GE systems here: https://castor-project.org/converters .Note 
that in most case they don't directly convert sinogram in dicom format, 
but from uncompressed datafile formats which can be obtained using 
development softwares from Siemens and GE.
