[Castor-users] Error about Attenuation Map

Dear all,

I generated an attenuation map and wanted to apply it to my reconstruction.
But when I apply it in *Castor-recon*, the error popped up as follows,

Error: some mandatory keys not initialized. Cannot read the interfile image!
Error when trying to read path to image data
Error when trying to read matrix size (image dimensions) : x= 0, y= 0, z= 1

I searched the CASToR archive, and found the following thread,

However, it looks like the issue hasn't been solved yet. I generated the
original *.nii* file in Matlab and converted it to analyze format using
XMedcon. I have attached the header file and image file to this email, any
response will be highly appreciated!
