Hello Kajal,
I can't really tell what could be wrong without knowing what was in the
simulation. From your data and the reconstructed image, it looks like
you simulate a line source at 1;-1 cm. Statistics are very low though
(1k counts), so it's difficult to say if there was something wrong with
the conversion or geometry. It doesn't look like there are issues with
the geometry from the sensitivity image though. Perhaps you could check
what do you get with a simulation with higher statistics ?
