[Castor-users] Help - CASToR launch and install error

Hi All,

  I am new to CASToR. I installed it and I am trying to convert the ROOT
file from GATE simulation as Castor data file and geom file for analysis.
But, I am getting the following message. Could anyone please let me know
how to launch CASToR and use the tool?

1) cd castor_v2.1/bin
2) export CASTOR_CONFIG=/home/sowmiya/castor_v2.1/config/
3) castor_v2.1$ castor-GATERootToCastor -i ../../PET_eg_output.root -o
PET_phantom -m ../../PET_CylindricalPET_System.mac -geo -s PET_phantom

castor-GATERootToCastor: command not found

So, I tried to build CASToR with export CASTOR_ROOT=1. I am getting the
following errors. Could anyone please let me know what is the problem and
how to correct it?
