[Castor-users] Attenuation correction

Hi Sadek,


We did not implemented yet having an attenuation map with histogram reconstructions.

This option is only valid for list-mode.

Attenuation should be directly embedded into the histogram datafile.

Hi All,

I am passing an attenuation image with the option -atn to castor-recon for a histogram format data, but the output is the same (the images are not attenuation corrected) whether I include the attenuation option or not. Any advice?
