[Castor-users] PET - TOF kernel

Hi,

Currently there is only one model of TOF uncertainty (standard Gaussian),
but it shouldn't be difficult to add another model, especially is you use
the precomputation option. If you wish to modify the code let me know, I
can give you some indications for doing it faster.
