Dear Marina,
Thank you for your quick response. Yes, I would really appreciate any pointers you could give on how the code should be modified. I am using the castor-GATErootToCastor utility function with -TOF_reso reso_ps optional setting to create a CASToR datafile.
Kind regards,
Gasper

Hi,
Currently there is only one model of TOF uncertainty (standard Gaussian), but it shouldn't be difficult to add another model, especially is you use the precomputation option. If you wish to modify the code let me know, I can give you some indications for doing it faster.
Cheers

Dear CASToR users and developers,
The uncertainty of TOF measurements is usually modeled with a normalized Gaussian function, and if I understand correctly, this is also the default TOF kernel used in CASToR. Is it possible to use some other model (e.g., double Gaussian) as the TOF kernel in CASToR? Thank you in advance for your response.
Kind regards,
Gasper
